This is an excellent opportunity to play a key role in delivering planned maintenance, major repairs and improvement programmes, helping ensure residents have safe, secure and energy-efficient homes. Key Responsibilities Support the delivery and management of planned maintenance, major repairs and property improvement programmes. Prepare specifications, tender documentation and contracts for planned works and major improvements. Incorporate energy efficiency and retrofit measures into improvement programmes. Ensure works comply with relevant statutory requirements, building regulations, health and safety legislation and CDM regulations.
