Undertake pre- and post-inspections of domestic properties. Prepare technical specifications, schedules of work, and cost estimates. Oversee contractor performance and ensure compliance with contract requirements. Monitor programme progress, budgets, quality standards, and KPI performance. Ensure all works comply with current legislation, regulations, and industry standards. Resolve technical issues and provide professional advice to internal stakeholders.
