In this exciting role, you will be responsible for owning all aspects of the Blockage Hotspot (BHS) programme. Ensuring that the correct programme is created, tendered, managed and delivered to budget. You will ensure that all costs and payments for the programme are tracked, delivered and signed off in line with current methodologies. What you’ll be doing as a Planned Maintenance Optimisation Specialist-BHS You will also be responsible for building excellent relationships with internal and external stakeholders across finance, the field and our contractors. Ensuring that our contractors follow the correct Thames Water guidelines and ways of working for Health and Safety, reporting and behaviours. Other accountabilities include: Manage the Blockage Hotspot (BHS) programme to deliver the correct surveys and cleaning within the programme.
