Planned Maintenance Lead

We are currently working in partnership with a Local Authority based in Devon, who are recruiting for a Planned Maintenance Lead on a Permanentbasis.The position is due to start immediately on a full-time basis. The salary for this position is £58,902 per annum with a circa £1,200 car allowance (£60,102 Total Package).The ideal candidate will be a confident communicator with previous experience of working in the public sector, with strong contract management capabilities and experience overseeing both domestic and commercial stock.The client is willing to pay for CIH Level 4 Qualification for the ideal candidateDuties will include (but are not limited to): Managing the Planned Works projects for both the corporate and domestic property stockOverseeing an overall budget of £16m while having oversight of projects with budgets up to 1.5mManaging domestic planned works programmes such as Kitchens, Bathrooms, Roofing and Renovation worksHeading up the SCS/DEA programme for the council''s portfolio of stockUndertaking contract management/administration with adherence to KPIs including budgets and time framesProgrammes include: 1.5m Fire Risk Programme, £880,000 car park upgrade and upgrades to historical monumentsSkills, Knowledge and Expertise required:A strong core understanding of Planned works across the Social Housing sectorAbility to manage large teams to achieve successful operational delivery of programmes within complex environmentsAbility to manage large commercial ..... full job details .....
