Planned Contracts Manager

Main duties include: Programme Delivery: Lead the planning and execution of planned works and cyclical maintenance across the housing portfolio. Contractor Management: Supervise contractors and consultants to guarantee projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to standard. Financial Oversight: Manage budgets, monitor contractor performance, and proactively mitigate financial and operational risks. Compliance and Safety: Ensure all works fully comply with relevant legislation, health and safety regulations, and legal policies. Customer Focus: Drive high standards of customer satisfaction and support continuous improvements in service delivery. As the ideal candidate, you will possess: Industry Experience: Proven track record in managing planned maintenance contracts and programmes within housing or a similar sector.
