If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a knack for organising and coordinating, this role is for you!Key Responsibilities: Work Allocation and Scheduling: Review incoming repair requests, assign jobs based on priority and skillset, and manage schedules to meet SLAs.Demand Management: Triage workloads to identify emergencies and high-priority issues, ensuring efficient resource utilisation.Communication and Coordination: Serve as the vital link between operatives, contractors, and customer service teams, providing clear instructions and timely updates.Customer Appointment Management: Arrange and confirm appointments, handle rescheduling, and proactively communicate with customers to enhance their experience.Monitoring and Reporting: Track live jobs against targets, identify delays, and ensure accurate job closure and system data for decision-making.
