      <description>Location: Manchester | Salary: 31338.00-31338.00 Annual | Type: Permanent | JOB DESCRIPTIONAbout the role   The Guinness Partnership is looking for a Planned and Building Safety Administrator to provide a comprehensive administration and support service to the Planned and Building Safety Team. This is a full time, 35 hours per week, permanent role based at our Oldham office. We currently offer hybrid working, blending office days with working from home.   What we are looking for   We are seeking an individual with strong written and oral communication abilities, supported by confident interpersonal skills. The successful candidate will be capable of planning and managing multiple work assignments while maintaining a high level of organisation and meeting agreed timeframes. Proficiency in IT systems, including a strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office is essential.
