Kia UK has been named one of the UK’s Best Workplaces 2025 by Great Place To Work.The Brand Communications Assistant provides support to the Brand Communications team and facilitates the smooth operation of the department, contributing to the long-term growth of the business.Responsibilities Include
Act as the central point of contact for the Brand Communications team, serving as the first port of call for other departments and our agency partners.Contribute to the creation of national and dealer marketing communication materials including TV, radio, cinema, outdoor, digital, social, POS, and more.Support the Brand Communications Manager and Marketing Executive in new model launch campaigns and quarterly sales programmes.Lead on performance reporting, gathering results and insights from relevant stakeholders to supply to senior leadership and the wider global organisation.Assist with managing large budgets, reconciling against marketing activity.Liaise with other marketing teams (Web, CRM, Events, Fleet, Product) and various agencies to ensure consistency of process and outputs.The Team
