Placement Coordinator - Immediate Start Bristol (Hybrid Working) £13.45 per hour (Real Living Wage) Full-time - 37.5 hours per weekTemporary - 2/3 months (could be up to 4 months)About the RoleWe''re recruiting for a Placement Coordinator to join a busy and fast-paced team supporting individuals across the UK.This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a rewarding, busy, people-focused role.You''ll be responsible for coordinating packages, speaking with clients and workers, ensuring the right support is in place at the right time.What You''ll Be DoingManaging inbound and outbound calls from clients and workersCoordinating packages for individual casesUsing internal systems to book and manage shiftsResponding to urgent and often time-sensitive requestsBuilding strong relationships with clients and workersEnsuring accurate data entry and clear communication at all timesWorking PatternInitial training: Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm (first 2-3 weeks) After training: Shift-based rota across 7 days 7am-3pm9am-5pm3pm-11pmHybrid working available after training (typically 3 office days per week) About YouWe''re looking for someone who:Has excellent customer service and communication skillsIs highly organised and able to manage a busy workloadThrives in a fast-paced, sometimes high-pressure environmentHas strong attention to detail (accuracy is critical in this role) Is confident on the phone and able to handle sensitive conversationsIf you''re immediately available, looking for a ..... full job details .....
