Based in Rochdale (essential) Full-time, Permanent Remote, with regular travel £30,000-£40,000 About Us Our Future is a growing organisation working to put communities in control of their town''s future. We support local people to shape a shared vision, drive change from the ground up, and unlock long-term funding while influencing national policy to better support community-led change. Having started in Grimsby and expanded to Rochdale, we''re now building a national movement. In Rochdale, Our Future is leading the next phase of For Generations To Come, a borough-wide movement bringing together residents, organisations and partners to shape a shared vision for the future. Through initiatives such as Round Here, local people are helping define the changes they want to see over the next decade and beyond. The Role As Place Associate, you''ll support the delivery of Our Future''s work across Rochdale, helping to build relationships, organise events, coordinate communications and provide operational support for local activity. Working closely with the Place Lead, you''ll help ensure community ideas are turned into action and local voices remain at the centre of change.
