Pizza/Pasta Chef de Partie

Kerry Robert Associates-is looking for a-Pizza/Pasta-Chef de Partie-or Junior Sous Chef for a fine dining Italian restaurant in-West London.

It serves authentic seasonal cuisine with the best quality local ingredients in a cosy and elegant atmosphere.

In a brigade of 10, serving approx 70 covers a day, the team is led by an internationally renowned Executive Chef and a strong Head Chef.

You would be responsible for producing pizzas, Italian breads and assisting with the fresh pastas.

As well as a competitive salary paid by the hour, the company is offering many benefits to the successful applicant.

Requirements

• Held a similar position for at least 2 years
• Previous experience in Italian or Mediterranean cuisine is essential
• A motivated individual, hands on in the pizza/bread making as well as fresh pasta
• Stable background in acclaimed restaurants or hotels

Benefits

• Salary package:38,000 to -42,000
• The restaurant is closed on Sunday evening, Monday and Tuesday.
