Hybrid role, 3 days in the office and 2 days out.The RoleAs Manager - Pitches and Proposals, you will take ownership of the full lifecycle of major pitch and proposal opportunities, with a particular focus on high-value panel tenders and cross-border work. You will act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, driving best practice, innovation, and continuous improvement across the proposals function.Leading end-to-end delivery of strategic pitches and proposalsAdvising partners and business development teams on pursuit strategy and messagingManaging workflows, resources, and training across the proposals functionDeveloping templates, content libraries, and best practice playbooksFacilitating kick-off meetings, workshops, and win-theme development sessionsCrafting compelling, client-focused content and executive summariesEnsuring all submissions are high-quality, compliant, and delivered on timeCollaborating with design teams to enhance visual storytellingDriving process improvements, including the use of automation and AI ..... full job details .....
