Pitch / Bid Manager Role at a Top International Law Firm

The role is based in London with 2 days of remote work per week.As a Bid Manager, you will be responsible for project managing key panel pitches and developing pitch infrastructure. You will be part of the firm’s pitch centre of excellence, which boasts a win rate of at least 70%. The team utilizes a strong pipeline management system, allowing them to be proactive long before pitches land in inboxes. This enables a truly consultative and advisory role in support of the partners.Key Responsibilities:

Defining strategies for each pitch and creating tailored win strategies, including persuasive value propositions and compelling messaging.Engaging and managing contributing functions such as pricing, compliance, knowledge, BD, and CRM.Coaching team members to improve pitch performance.Conducting internal and external pitch debriefs.Staying updated with market best practices and sharing knowledge with the wider BD team.You should have a proven track record in bid management within professional services, especially for complex cross-border bids. Excellent writing skills and experience coaching partners are essential.
