Pitch Executive (5.00pm - 1:30am)

We have an exciting opportunity for a Pitch/Bids Executive to join our Marketing team, based in AandO Shearman''s Belfast Office.Please note the hours of work for this role are 5.00pm - 1.30am, Monday to Friday. The hybrid working pattern will entail working from the office 1 day in every 10 days. The working hours for this office day will be 1.00pm - 9.30pm.Core Pitch Team - BelfastThe Core Pitch Team (CPT) sits within the Global Business Development, Marketing and Communications function. Our business development, marketing and communication teams contribute to the setting and achievement of the firm''s business objectives, which includes supporting our partners and associates in their pursuit of becoming our clients'' trusted advisers, building and maintaining long-lasting, deep institutional client relationships, winning new clients, increasing the visibility of the firm globally, and positioning the firm as the thought leader and most advanced law firm among the global elite law firms.
