The Role
We are looking for a talented Pitch Designer to help shape winning proposals and secure exciting new projects. This role is perfect for someone from a design and build fit-out background, with the technical ability to produce accurate, detailed designs and the creativity to present inspiring, market-leading concepts.
You will play a pivotal role in developing pitches from concept to presentation, working closely with clients and the senior management team to ensure proposals are both technically robust and commercially compelling.
 
Key Responsibilities

• Concept & Design: Create visually striking and technically sound designs for client pitches and proposals.
• Technical Expertise: Produce detailed drawings, layouts, and specifications that demonstrate feasibility and value.
• Client Collaboration: Engage with clients to fully understand their brief, translating it into innovative design solutions.
• Pitch Delivery: Work with the senior team to prepare compelling presentations that secure new work.
• Project Support: Liaise with project teams to ensure that proposed designs are practical and achievable within programme and budget constraints.

The Ideal Candidate

• Proven experience in design and build fit-out projects, ideally with exposure to commercial office, education, or leisure sectors.
• Strong technical knowledge and expertise in producing high-quality design packages.
• Exceptional creativity and design flair, capable of producing concepts that wow clients.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, able to convey complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
• Highly organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple pitches simultaneously.
• Collaborative mindset, confident working with senior management and project teams.
