This is a key role in ensuring the safe and efficient coordination of materials, personnel, and lifting operations at the top of the shaft. ________________________________________ Key Responsibilities * Coordinate and manage all pit top activities on shaft sinking projects * Supervise the movement of materials, equipment, and personnel in and out of the shaft * Work closely with crane drivers, banksmen, and slinger/signallers to ensure safe lifting operations * Ensure all operations are carried out in line with lifting plans and site procedures * Monitor and maintain safety at the shaft top, including barriers, exclusion zones, and access points * Conduct checks on equipment and report any defects or issues * Maintain clear communication with underground teams and site management * Uphold strict health, safety, and environmental standards at all times _____...
