Pipefitter Required – Commercial New Build Project

We are currently seeking experienced Pipefitters for a large-scale commercial new build project.

Duration: 6 Months
Rate: £25.00 per hour
Start Date: Immediate / [Insert Date]

• Proven experience as a Pipefitter on commercial construction projects
• Ability to read and work from technical drawings and specifications
• Installation of carbon steel, copper, and press-fit pipework systems
• Strong understanding of health and safety procedures on site
• Own tools and PPE

• Valid CSCS Skilled Worker Card (Pipefitter)
• Relevant NVQ Level 2 or Level 3 in Pipefitting/Plumbing & Heating (or equivalent)
• IPAF, PASMA, or additional site certifications advantageous but not essential

• Installation of commercial heating and chilled water pipework
• Working from drawings and site plans
• Testing and commissioning support
• Maintaining high standards of workmanship and safety

• £25.00 per hour
• 6-month contract with potential for extension
• Weekly pay
• Opportunity to work on a prestigious commercial development
