Key ResponsibilitiesWork safely at all times, complying with all Health, Safety and Environmental (HSE) requirements.Deliver work to schedule while maintaining high standards of quality and safety.Carry out welding, fabrication, assembly and installation activities using a range of manual and mechanical tools and equipment.Inspect and verify own work against specified standards, tolerances and procedures.Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance safety, quality, cost and delivery performance.Maintain accurate records and ensure data integrity across operational processes.Collaborate effectively with colleagues, supervisors and other stakeholders.Identify and resolve manufacturing and welding-related issues using appropriate problem-solving techniques.Take responsibility for the quality of work produced and contribute to a culture of operational excellence. Skills and ExperienceProven experience in a manufacturing, fabrication or welding environment.Competent in a range of welding processes and assembly techniques.Experience working with various material types and thicknesses.Ability to interpret and follow welding ..... full job details .....
