In this pivotal role, you will lead the assembly and installation of piping systems, ensuring compliance with industry standards and company specifications. You''ll oversee both internal and subcontracted teams, ensuring high-quality, timely completion of mechanical projects while maintaining stringent health, safety, and housekeeping standards. Key Responsibilities: General Duties: . Maintain exemplary housekeeping standards following 5S principles. . Ensure health and safety compliance for oneself and others. . Manage tools and materials, ensuring accurate tracking and allocation. . Coordinate and allocate work to craft persons and subcontractors. . Mentor and develop junior staff and apprentices. . Co-lead Kaizen events to drive continuous improvement initiatives. . Ensure all work is completed to the highest quality, adhering to specified materials and procedures. . Demonstrate flexibility and cooperation in response to changing business demands. Mechanical Duties: . Assemble piping systems according to Work Instructions (WI1). .
