As a Mechanical Project Manager you will be responsible-for: Plan, coordinate and direct-projects. Manage project costs including material and labour expenses. Prepare and deliver progress reports.- Communicate and collaborate with architects, contractors and clients. Produce CVR and monthly job cost reports. Oversee and troubleshoot Mechanical- / HVAC installations. Conduct site inspections and ensure project deadlines are met. Address and resolve any issues or disputes related to the project. Maintain a safe, clean, and compliant work environment. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members. Producing RAMS. The ideal Mechanical Project Manager will have: Proven experience as a Mechanical Project Manager.
