Salary and Benefits Competitive Salary: £47,000 starting salary for PIP with £1000 increases after 6 and 12 months. Generous Bonuses: 5% when approved after training and up to 10% annually for quality and performance. Work-Life Balance: Enjoy 9am 5pm hours with no nights or weekends.
