Our client is a leading agricultural business specialising in the breeding and rearing of pigs to the highest RSPCA Assured standards. They offer employees the opportunity to work within an innovative, industry-leading farming environment. They are looking to employ a dedicated Fields Person to join their team. You will work on a number of units within the Leicester/Nottingham area. This position will be working within the existing team, ensuring smooth running of pig health, welfare and movements across the farming business. The pigs coming in will range from 7kg to 120kg. It will be multiple sites depending on area and experience of the candidate, and experience in nursery and finishing pigs would be preferable, but training will be available, and the correct attitude and enthusiasm are most key.
