Role Details:Title: Picking and Reach Truck Operative (Requires reach truck license)Location: Bedford, MK42Salary: 13.58/HOUR (with holiday pay accrued) and 15/hr (Holiday pay included- equivalent to + 1.42/hour)Hours: Sunday to Thursday, 05:30 pm-02:00 (some flexibility needed)Type: Full-timeStart: ASAPJob Overview:We are looking for a reliable and motivated Picking and Reach Truck Operative to join our warehouse team. The successful candidate will be responsible for using Reach Truck equipment to pick and prepare stock for dispatch. This is a physically demanding role that requires attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to work independently. You will be required to work the night shift from 5:30 PM - 2:00 AM, Sunday through Thursday.Key Responsibilities:Picking Stock Using Reach Truck Equipment: Use Reach Truck machinery to pick stock accurately and efficiently in line with order requirements.Packing and Preparing Goods for Dispatch: Ensure items are correctly packed and prepared for safe transportation.Loading Products onto Vehicles: Load completed orders onto delivery vehicles for dispatch.Maintaining Accurate Order Picking and Stock Checks: Regularly check stock levels, maintain records, and ensure orders are fulfilled correctly.Reporting Issues or Shortages: Communicate any discrepancies, shortages, or issues with stock to supervisors or managers.Following Health and Safety Procedures: Adhere to company health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working ..... full job details .....
