Shift options available:

Packing-  Monday-Thursday 6am-14pm Friday 6am-12noon 

Picking- Monday - Friday 7am -15.30pm 

Bagging - Monday -Thursday 8am-16pm Friday 8am-14pm 

Own transport is essential due to location 

Salary: £12.21 hour OT after 38 hours

Role Overview

We are seeking a Skilled Operative to join our production team. The successful candidate will play a key role in operating machinery, monitoring production processes, and ensuring the highest standards of safety and quality in our compost manufacturing operations.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Ability to operate machinery and use hand tools safely.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Good physical fitness and ability to work in outdoor/plant conditions.
• Team player with good communication skills.
• Basic mechanical knowledge is an advantage.
• Flexible to work shifts.
