Barker Ross is currently recruiting on behalf of their large Coldstore warehouse in Corby for Pickers working Sunday - Thursday 22:00 - 06:30 or 4 on 4 off 18:30 - 06:30.Picker - Nights:22:00 - 06:30 Sunday - Thursday or 18:30 - 06:30 4 on 4 off 14.20 per hour Pickers required to work in a Coldstore to accurately pick, pack and prepare customers orders in line with company standards, ensuring efficiency, quality and safely at all times. Key Responsibilities: Pick orders accurately Ensure all orders are completed within deadlines and productivity targets Carry out quality checks to ensure correct items and quantities are selected Report discrepancies, damaged items, or stock shortages to supervisors Maintain a clean, organised and safe working environment.
