Pickers and Packers

Insight Employment are seeking Pickers and Packers to work for a rapidly growing local client of ours in the Banbury area.We are looking for Pickers and Packers to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment. You will be responsible for picking and packing stock accurately; you will need to then put the goods onto a pallet.The Role: -You will be picking and packing raw and frozen boxed meat using a manual pick sheet, working in chilled and blast freezer temperatures.The blast freezer temperatures will be between -18 and -25 degrees, you will not be in there longer than 10 minutes.Regular breaks are given due to the temperatures in the working environment.You will need: -Previous picking and packing experience.Able to pick and pack at speed and accurately.Must be physically fit as heavy lifting will be required.Must have a good level of English both written and oral.Must be able to work in chilled and blast freezer temperatures.Must have safety boots and hi-vis.Various Shifts: -40 hours per week Monday - Thursday with an occasional need to work SundayMid shift - 14:00pm - 00:30amNight Shift - 17:00pm - 03:30am/Sunday - 10:00am - 15:30pmRate: -£12.71 per hourPlease send an up-to-date CV.Unfortunately, due to the high number of responses we receive it is not always possible to respond to every application.
