Job Title: PI Solicitor Location: Sheffield Reports to: Team Manager / Head of Legal Practice Hours: 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday (office-based) Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 per annum The Role Our client is seeking a motivated and organised PI Solicitor or CILEX practitioner to join their established team in Sheffield. This is an excellent opportunity to manage a fast-track personal injury caseload, handling matters from the point of litigation through to settlement or trial. This role is open to NQ solicitors or with 1-2 years PQE. Working closely with clients, Counsel, medical agencies and other third parties, you will provide clear, practical advice and deliver exceptional levels of client service throughout the life of the claim. Key Responsibilities Case Management Manage a fully litigated fast-track caseload with minimal supervision. Proactively manage priorities, deadlines and court timetables. Draft and manage all case documentation including: Pleadings Application notices Disclosure lists Witness statements Schedules of loss Briefs to Counsel Trial bundle indexes Case summaries Accurately value personal injury claims using Judicial College Guidelines and relevant case law.
