Barker Munro Recruitment is looking for a PI Technical Claims Team Leader to join a leading insurance provider’s Personal Injury team in Salford Quays, Manchester.In this role, you’ll:• Lead and motivate a team of PI Claims Negotiators• Oversee claims handling, ensuring compliance with policies, FCA requirements, and Consumer Duty principles• Provide regular performance reports• Handle complex and potentially fraudulent claims, conduct audits, and support process improvements• Play a key role in coaching, developing talent, and supporting recruitmentWhat you’ll need:• Significant experience in motor personal injury claims, including MOJ Portal and OIC reforms• Proven team management and auditing experience• Excellent communication, organisation, and problem-solving skillsIf you’re ready to take the next step in your claims leadership career, we’d love to hear from you.
