This is an exciting opportunity for a physiotherapist looking to further develop their clinical skills within a medical setting. The successful candidate will be working as part of a multidisciplinary team, delivering high-quality physiotherapy services to inpatients with a variety of complex medical conditions. Key Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive physiotherapy assessment and treatment to patients within a medical ward environment. Manage a caseload of patients with acute and chronic medical conditions including respiratory, cardiovascular, and general medical cases. Develop and implement individualised treatment plans and rehabilitation programmes to support recovery and hospital discharge. Work collaboratively with doctors, nurses, occupational therapists, and other allied health professionals to ensure integrated patient care. Maintain accurate and timely patient records in line with NHS and HCPC standards. Participate in discharge planning and liaise with community services where appropriate.
