About the Role

HCL Workforce Solutions is seeking a locum Physiotherapist for a Community Neuro Rehab Team based in Walsall, West Midlands. This contract position, lasting six months with potential extension, offers £26 to £30 per hour via PAYE or direct engagement, with part-time or full-time hours considered. The role involves managing patients with long-term neurological conditions, including MS, Parkinson’s, and spinal cord injury. Treatment will take place in clinic and during community home visits, so a car driver is essential. Candidates must possess prior NHS experience. Key responsibilities include assessing, diagnosing, and delivering rehabilitation plans for this patient group, working autonomously within a multidisciplinary team to optimise functional outcomes.

Who We Are Looking For:

  • Education: Degree in Physiotherapy
  • Licenses: HCPC registered
  • Experience: 2 years+ experience. Must have NHS and UK experience.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Compassion and patience when working with vulnerable individuals. Ability to use own initiative to provide information and support to other staff
