This opportunity would suit an experienced Physiotherapist or newly qualified Physiotherapist with a particular interest in neurology and rehabilitation. You will work as part of a multidisciplinary team supporting individuals with a range of progressive and acquired neurological conditions , delivering rehabilitation and maintenance programmes tailored to individual needs. Key Responsibilities Assess, plan and deliver individualised physiotherapy programmes. Support rehabilitation and maintenance programmes for residents with complex neurological conditions. Work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team. Contribute to the ongoing assessment and review of patients' rehabilitation needs.
