Physics TeacherA large secondary school based in Northwood, Hillingdon, is looking for a Physics Teacher to join their team from September on a long-term contract.The school is seeking someone to start in September, with the role expected to continue on a long-term basis. This position is full-time, although part-time applicants will also be considered. Working hours are from 8:30am to 3:30pm.Salary will be paid in line with the Outer London MPS/UPS pay scale.The school is conveniently located close to public transport links, making it easily accessible for staff travelling from across London and the surrounding areas.Physics Teacher - Northwood, HillingdonDeliver engaging and challenging Physics lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4, with the ability to teach Key Stage 5 being desirable.Inspire students to develop a strong understanding of scientific concepts through practical investigations and engaging classroom activities.Prepare students for GCSE Physics, ensuring they are supported and challenged to achieve excellent academic outcomes.Create a positive, inclusive, and well-managed classroom environment where curiosity, resilience, and independent thinking are encouraged.Contribute to the wider Science department and support extracurricular opportunities that promote a passion for STEM subjects.The school is a welcoming and inclusive secondary school with high expectations for both students and staff.
