Due to increasing demand, we are recruiting compassionate and skilled Support Staff to help ensure all students can access education safely and effectively.Your new roleAs a Physical Disabilities Support Staff member, you will play a vital role in enabling students with mobility or medical needs to participate fully in school life. You will provide both academic and personal support, helping to create a safe, inclusive, and supportive learning environment.This role may involve working on a 1:1 basis or supporting multiple students across the school.Your responsibilities will include:Supporting students with physical disabilities in lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4Assisting with mobility, positioning, and safe movement around the schoolProviding personal care support where requiredSupporting the use of specialist equipment (e.g. wheelchairs, hoists, adapted seating)Enabling students to access the curriculum through adapted resources and supportPromoting independence, dignity, and inclusion at all timesWorking closely with teachers, SENCOs, and external professionals to implement care and learning plansWhat you''ll need to succeedTo be successful in this role, you will:Have experience supporting individuals with physical disabilities or complex needs (education, care, or ..... full job details .....
