About the Role

SF Technology are partnering with a growing, people-focused business to recruit an experienced PHP Developer.

You''ll play a key role in developing a bespoke, in-house CRM platform, working across the full lifecycle from requirements through to delivery. This is a highly collaborative role where you''ll work closely with internal users, not just tickets, giving you real ownership and impact.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and enhance a custom CRM system
Build backend functionality using PHP (Symfony)
Contribute to frontend/UI where needed
Design and develop REST APIs
Work within a Linux-based environment
Collaborate with internal stakeholders

Requirements
Strong commercial PHP experience
Symfony experience (essential)
MySQL / MariaDB knowledge
Linux/server environment experience
Strong communication skills
Experience working on in-house systems or products

Nice to Have
Interest in AI technologies, both in development and production environment
Frontend experience (JavaScript / JQuery)
CRM system experience
DevOps / infrastructure exposure
Bash scripting
Experience managing Proxmox clusters
Experience in updating existing codebases to current standards
