Due to continued growth, they are looking to bring an experienced Field Service Engineer into the team.   The Role Service, maintain, and repair photocopiers, printers, and MFDs Install and commission new devices at customer sites Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network faults Configure devices including print drivers, scanning, and connectivity Set up scan-to-email, scan-to-folder, and print workflows Maintain service records and deliver excellent customer support Skills & Experience Required Proven experience as a Photocopier / Printer Field Service Engineer Strong fault-finding ability (mechanical, electrical, IT) Good understanding of IT systems including: Windows environments TCP/IP networking Print drivers and print servers Experience with leading brands (Canon, Ricoh, Kyocera etc.) Ability to work independently in a field-based role Full UK driving licence Desirable Skills Knowledge of uniFLOW, PaperCut or similar print manage...
