This includes responsibility for the coordination of individual giving campaigns, management of the administration of legacy gifts, and wider regular giving campaigns and appeals. Key responsibilities Supporter Care Ensure all donations are efficiently and accurately recorded and acknowledged in a timely fashion. Process all individual giving bank donations including website/third-party fundraising/gift-collection platforms and ensure they are efficiently and accurately entered onto our Raisers Edge database and processed (cash, cheques, credit cards, Direct Debits and vouchers) daily. Maintain accurate electronic supporter records including donations, personal details, Gift Aid declarations, communication preferences and any other data relating to their support.
