They work in more than 130 countries and territories, and their globally recognised accreditation is available to all 14- to 24-year-olds. The team now require a new Philanthropy Manager and Prospectus is delighted to lead the search. Philanthropy Manager £44,400-£50,800 Permanent Hybrid, 8 days per month in the London office The Philanthropy Manager is a fantastic and unique opportunity to grow a global major donor programme within one of the world''s most respected youth charities. You will be responsible for relationship management and growth of the World Fellowship, the network of high value donors who are passionate and generous about enabling young people to discover their infinite potential. The role combines a healthy mix of strategic development, senior relationship management, and international fundraising at the five and six figure gift level. The selected candidate will have a proven track record of philanthropy experience, who thrives on building powerful, trust-based relationships with HNWI supporters and senior stakeholders. You will have experience of securing gifts at the five and six figure level and will inspire others through a coaching, empowering style of fundraising leadership.
