What it doesn''t have, yet, is someone leading that work. That''s this role. You won''t be starting from nothing, but you will be building the strategy as you go; developing CMS''s first dedicated philanthropy approach alongside the Director of Fundraising and Communications, while simultaneously delivering against a genuinely ambitious income growth plan.
