This is a vibrant new partnership delivering substance use treatment and recovery services across Bath and North East Somerset. Our partnership draws upon experience delivering substance use services in Bath and North East Somerset and nationally, with specialist knowledge around diverse local communities, and the community insight which only comes from hyper-localism. Please Note: This role is an initial 1-day per week role with potential for more work across the region. Role Responsibility You''ll work within the Bath and North East Somerset to provide person centred support to our service users by utilising the best principles of medicines optimisation.
