Are you looking for a rare and exciting opportunity outside of the usual community Pharmacy Manager role? Rowlands Pharmacy is looking for an experienced Pharmacy Manager to manage our Outpatient Pharmacy in [XXX Branch], leading the clinical dispensing team to provide a full range of outpatient prescription dispensing.

This role will allow you to utilise and develop clinical skills while working with a wide range of specialised clinics and medications. The ideal candidate will be comfortable embracing change and working flexibly in collaboration with Healthcare Professionals, ensuring patient care is at the forefront of every clinical decision made.

Responsibilities

Overall responsibility for the efficient running of the Pharmacy and team.

Attend Trust meetings and work towards meeting or exceeding targets.

Lead the clinical dispensing team to provide outpatient prescription dispensing.

Qualifications

Minimum NVQ2 in Pharmacy Services.

Location : Hampshire

Type : Permanent

Hours : Full-time

Hours (working pattern) : M-F 8:30-17:30 with some weekend commitments

Working Pattern : Monday to Friday, with some weekend commitments

Pharmacy Address : Queen Alexandra Hospital, Southwick Hill Road, Cosham, Portsmouth, PO6 3LY

Rate of Pay : ROP + £1.44 supplement
