NHS Jobs is currently seeking a dynamic Pharmacy Manager to oversee the day-to-day operational delivery of Pharmacy services provided by KFM across all sites. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the adherence to Good Distribution Practice regulations, contributing to the development and maintenance of the Quality Management System.Responsibilities

Generate month-end Pharmacy service financial reports and collaborate with finance colleagues to ensure timely and accurate payment and financial flow.Ensure compliance with Good Distribution Practice regulations at all times.Develop and maintain the Quality Management System.Demonstrate excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.Effectively communicate across professional boundaries.Influence others without direct management control.Demonstrate initiative and prioritize tasks effectively with good time management.Proficient in basic Microsoft Office applications.Proven project management skills.Exhibit leadership, vision, enthusiasm, and innovation.Qualifications

Registration as a pharmacist with the General Pharmaceutical Council.Postgraduate management qualification or equivalent experience.Experience in an Independent Community Pharmacy Management role.Extensive experience as a qualified pharmacist in various settings and roles, including senior-level management.Proven experience in developing a business or organization, including staff development.High degree of self-motivation with the ability to organize and prioritize work.Pragmatic, methodical, systematic, and resilient.How to Apply
