The person:-An organised and detail-oriented Pharmacy Dispenser with an NVQ Level 2 in Pharmacy Dispensing, excellent communication skills, and a genuine passion for providing exceptional patient care in a fast-paced pharmacy environment-

Responsibilities in your new role as Pharmacy Dispenser

As a Pharmacy Dispenser, you''ll play an important role in ensuring patients receive a safe, efficient, and friendly service. Key responsibilities include:

• Dispensing and preparing prescriptions accurately
• Supporting pharmacists with day-to-day dispensary duties
• Providing excellent customer service and answering patient queries
• Processing prescriptions and maintaining accurate records
• Managing stock levels, including ordering and rotating medicines
• Following all pharmacy procedures, legal requirements, and health and safety standards
• Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe working environment
• Supporting the smooth and efficient running of the pharmacy

Your personality, experience and qualifications

You will be accurate, organised, and passionate about providing excellent patient care. You''ll ideally have:

• An NVQ Level 2 in Pharmacy Dispensing
• Previous experience in a community or retail pharmacy (preferred)
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• A proactive and reliable approach to work
• Good spoken and written English
• The ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
