Use our secure Electronic Health Records (EHR) system to process prescriptions and maintain confidentiality. Accurately check prescriptions against protocols set by the Medical Team, ensuring all requirements are met for safe supply. Prepare medications and liaise with the warehouse team to ensure timely dispatch. Record concise and accurate notes in patient records as required. Follow operational protocols for prescription processing and escalate issues as needed. Engage in team training and meetings to stay updated on procedures and best practices.
