PHARMACY ASSISTANT - CUSTOMER SERVICE - PARK ROYAL (12 month contract)FULL TIME 12 month maternity (possibility of permanent after 12 months)The Private Pharmacy, an ITH Group company, are looking for a positive and hardworking person to join our dispensing team. We are a busy online pharmacy dispensing controlled medications daily.The role:To assist the dispensing team with various duties to include answering phone calls, dealing with telephone and online queries, preparation for dispatch, assisting with packing of orders, liasing with clients and end users, as well as general pharmacy tidying and disposal of rubbish in accordance with pharmacy procedures.Duties will include:Providing customer service support to our service providers and end usersDeal with queries in conjunction with duty pharmacist operations teamEnsuring an adequate supply of packaging is available for the daily orders.Unpack orders as they arrive and dispose of any packaging.Assist with stock rotation and order stocking as required by the pharmacist.Assist the dispensing team with dispatch of daily orders.Assist with the packaging and dispatch of medical equipment.You will be:Able to work on your own initiative, hard working and have excellent communication skills as well as being fully IT literate.
