Ideal Requirements for the Pharmacist Manager Registered Pharmacist with a valid GPhC number (UK) Pharmacy degree from an accredited institution Strong communication skills with patients and healthcare teams Previous experience in a community pharmacy setting (preferred) Role Responsibilities for the Pharmacist Manager Deliver safe, accurate dispensing and final checks, ensuring the highest standards of patient care Provide expert consultations, advising patients on medication use, side effects, and overall health Work closely with healthcare professionals to optimise treatment outcomes and patient wellbeing Drive pharmacy performance by meeting KPIs while maintaining compliance with GPhC standards ..... full job details .....
