Manage pharmacy operations, ensuring efficiency and high standards of patient care. Build strong relationships with customers, healthcare professionals, and local stakeholders. Ensure adherence to all legal, professional, and company policies and procedures. Support recruitment, training, and performance management of pharmacy colleagues.
