Pharmacist Manager

Evolve is working with a leading supermarket pharmacy chain with branches across the UK!

Our client is looking for a Pharmacist Manager to join their branch in Barrow-in-Furness on a permanent basis dispensing approximately 8000 items per month.

Ideally you will work full time, 36 hours per week over 5 days but will consider 30 hours per week over 4 days if required, both with 1 in 4 Saturdays. The branch is open Monday to Saturday (9am to 9pm) & Sunday (10am to 4pm) so early and late shifts are available (applicants must be flexible to work both shift patterns as required, however no Sundays are involved).

• Deliver Outstanding Care: Supply prescriptions with precision, provide expert healthcare advice, and offer a wide range of NHS and Private services that make a real difference to patients’ lives.
• Support Your Community: Play a vital role in a charity support programme, giving guidance and reassurance to people at risk of—or living with—cancer, heart disease, and diabetes, helping them take charge of their health.
• Lead & Inspire: Take the lead in training, mentoring, and developing your team, creating a positive environment where colleagues can grow and excel.
• Plan for Success: Use an effective planning system to ensure the right pharmacy staff are in place, so patients always receive the care and attention they deserve.
