Your new company My client, a global biopharmaceutical company with a goal of contributing to healthcare innovation and environmental sustainability and which is focused on improving people''s quality of life, specialising in Oncology, neurology and rare diseases, and has a position available for a Portfolio and Operations Technical Writer to join their team on a 6-month initial contract.Remote6 Month + ContractOutside IR35Your new role As the Technical Writer, you will play a critical role in the Company''s transition from fragmented, manual legacy processes to a unified, scalable "One Source of Truth" model. You will be responsible for documenting internal processes with a primary focus on clarity, transparency, and clearly defined roles and responsibilities.- Process Documentation and Visualisation: Capture and formalise end-to-end operational processes, ensuring all steps are logical, transparent, and easy to follow.- Roles and Responsibilities (RACI): Clearly define "who does what" within each process to ensure accountability.- Content Standardisation: Ensure all documentation follows a unified structure and tone, aligning with the broader PandO vision.- Stakeholder Engagement: Interview subject matter experts (SMEs) across Portfolio, Finance, and LandD to extract technical knowledge and translate it into user-friendly guides.- Asset Maintenance and Governance: Regularly update the "Policy Hub" and process repositories to reflect the most current operational ..... full job details .....
