Pharmaceutical Master Data Specialist

Pharmaceutical Master Data Specialist West Lothian, Scotland Opportunity: Do you currently work in a pharmaceutical or a related industry as a Master Data Specialist? Have you used JD Edwards or TrackWise? Are you detail-oriented and organized with a strong emphasis on data integrity, quality, and compliance? If yes then this is the role for you. My client a global pharmaceutical manufacturing company are looking for a Master Data Specialist on a 12 months contract to join their team. You will be responsible for independently executing established Master Data Management processes in a GMP environment. This role focuses on maintaining data accuracy, adhering to established data standards and SOPs, and completing routine master data requests across supported systems. Duties and responsibilities include: Generating and approving standard Item Masters, Item Branches, and Item Revisions within JD Edwards under established procedures. Generating and approving Location Masters and Location Master Revisions within JD Edwards under established procedures. Generating and approving Client Codes and Study Codes within Prisym under established procedures. Generating and approving Customer and Equipment Setup. Raising required Change Controls in Global TrackWise to support approved data revisions under established procedures.
