Duties:- Monitor and manage the Operations mailbox, ensuring all enquiries are responded to within agreed service levels. Maintain accurate and up-to-date shipment files and records in accordance with company procedures and compliance requirements. Support HMRC and Border Force audit requirements by ensuring all operational documentation is complete, accurate, and readily available. Investigate and resolve billing queries, discrepancies, and operational issues within agreed timeframes. Escalate operational exceptions, service failures, and customer issues to the Operations Manager where appropriate. Identify operational risks, service concerns, and improvement opportunities and communicate these to management. Support the Airfreight Operations team in ensuring shipments are handled efficiently and customer requirements are met. Provide excellent customer service to both internal and external customers at all times.
